In 2017 we were running a small creative consultancy. We asked our HR provider what kinds of tools or services they could provide to proactively protect our team from harassment. They told us about the same old stuff that hasn’t made a difference.
We saw a problem that needed a solution. The more we worked on it, the more passionate we became, and our side hustle became our commitment.
This journey has led us to create People First and be on the forefront of Transparency Tech, technology that helps create workplace equality through transparency.
